Student Loan Information Sessions will be held on the campuses of Georgia Northwestern during the week of July 25-29. Students interested in finding out more about the Direct Student Loan program that will be available to GNTC students beginning this fall semester should plan to attend one of the sessions. Students will learn how to apply for the loan, what the loan will provide each semester, and the student’s obligation when taking out the loan.

The sessions will be held as follows:

Monday July 25 Floyd campus auditorium 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday July 26 Polk campus auditorium 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday July 27 Gordon campus auditorium 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Thursday July 28 Walker campus auditorium 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Sessions will last approximately 30 minutes.

Students who are unable to attend a session may go to the financial aid office on their campus beginning August 1 to pick up information sheets and an application for student loans.
