(Dalton, Georgia) – Georgia Governor Nathan Deal signed Georgia House Bill 766 into law on the Whitfield-Murray Campus of Georgia Northwestern this morning. The bill helps ramp up work-based learning programs involving, in part, secondary education programs.
Many of Northwest Georgia’s largest manufacturer’s were on hand for the ceremony and roundtable discussion on high demand career initiatives in the state of Georgia.
Technical College System of Georgia Commissioner Ron Jackson and Georgia Northwestern Technical College President Pete McDonald helped kick-off the event in Dalton, Georgia today.
