Georgia Northwestern To Pair Men, Women’s Basketball Programs At Same Site
(Rossville, GA) – As of April 2014, Georgia Northwestern Technical College has made the decision to pair up its men’s and women’s intercollegiate basketball programs. When the 2014-15 season tips off this fall, both the Bobcats and Lady Cats will call the Rossville Athletic Complex (R.A.C.) their home den.
Until the completion of the 2013-14 campaign, the Lady Cats had called the Winthrop-King Centre on the Shorter University campus its home court. The Lady Cats have played intercollegiate basketball for the past four years, officially participating in the NJCAA for the first time during the 2011-12 campaign.
