GNTC hosting multi-campus open house

“Tours like this one visit the campuses of Georgia Northwestern throughout the year by appointment. No appointment is necessary to take part in the college’s July 14 Open House being held on all five campuses. This tour stopped in the Automotive Technology Department for a visit with former Technical College System of Georgia Instructor of the Year Troy Peco.”

(Northwest Georgia) – One of the state of Georgia’s largest colleges will be giving a free sneak peek to prospects on July 14. Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) is opening the doors to all five of its college campuses for an Open House for the public at large.

Home to more than 200 programs and approximately 6,000 students once the 2015 Fall Semester kicks-off, GNTC wants to make sure to give everyone a look at just what the college will offer beginning next term. For more than half of a century, GNTC has trained students for careers in high demand not only here in Northwest Georgia, but across the country.

College administrators will be holding two different Open House sessions on each campus on July 14. The first will begin at 1 p.m. The second will take place at 6 p.m. Informational sessions and tours will be held for anyone who wishes to take part. The college’s campuses are located in Floyd, Gordon, Polk, Walker, and Whitfield Counties.

Specialists will be on held to help anyone in need of help with financial aid, the admissions process, or simply just getting some advice on what programs will be best suited for them. For more information, feel free to contact our toll-free number at 866-983-GNTC (4682). You can also visit the college online at www.GNTC.edu.
