IMG_4054editc5-4x6.jpgYou are looking at the 2016 G.O.A.L. competition qualifiers  from Georgia Northwestern Technical College. They are all moving on in the process to earn a shot to be named the state of Georgia’s top student in the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG).

At the Gordon County Campus of GNTC in Calhoun, Georgia, these students met for a G.O.A.L. Orientation meeting on January 8. G.O.A.L. stands for Georgia’s Occupational Award of Leadership.

These nominees were selected by their instructors at GNTC for their work they have done, in and out of the classroom. Once an overall college winner is selected later this term, that lucky winner will compete with the winners of every other college in the TCSG for a chance to win the honor of becoming the 2016 G.O.A.L. winner.

Be sure to watch all of GNTC’s social media channels, as well as GNTC.edu, for the latest on this preliminary round of the competition, including who the finalists will be from the college. Good luck to all of our nominees.
